Our Vision: Who we aspire to be

An organization bringing hope to approximately 1,400 children in the Greater Grand Rapids and West Michigan area.

Our Mission: Steps to achieve our Vision

 Identify children whose needs are not being met.

 Design programs to meet some of those needs focusing on entire neighborhoods, initially emphasizing a major holiday give-away.

 Mobilize financial and human resources to implement those programs.

Inclusion:  Serve children regardless of race, creed, color, gender or nationality.

Integrity:  Use contributions and donations solely to fulfill the Mission.

Our Strategy: Plans for fulfilling our Mission

Raise funds to purchase and deliver high quality bikes/treasure boxes to children during 2008 (estimated $70,000).

Create bonds within the community, especially within bicycle clubs and service organizations to secure dedicated volunteers for funding, assembly and delivery.

Initiate an area wide search for the neediest neighborhoods.

Effectively brand the name Elves & More - West Michigan to assist in long-term community support.
