Bringing hope to children - one bike at a time!

We are kicking off our PLEDGE CAMPAIGN FOR 2008. OUR GOAL IS $70,000 - enough to provide /helmets/treasure boxes to 1,400 children.  THANK  - YOU to all who have contributed or made a pledge. The need of the community is greater than ever and funding is more challenging.  The price of the bicycles is expected to jump 40-50% this year due to gas and steel prices along with the weakened dollar.  We project the price for a bike and helmet this year to be $55.

Our 3rd Annual Golf Outing was held in June at Scott Lake Country Club. 61 golfers enjoyed a great day of fun and helped us raise 55 bikes!  Thank-you to all who came, sponsored holes, donated prizes and volunteered their time and talents.  A big THANK-YOU to Jeff Hoag and his staff for making it an awesome day for all and to Bill Simonson of WBBL/The Huge Show for lending star power to our event.

Every year we take a leap of faith and have a few anxious moments, but in the end it all works out.  We are confident we will be blessed again this year.  Please help us by spreading the word, getting us connected with corporate giving committees and helping with fundraising in any way you can.

To ALL of you we say THANK-YOU.  Your belief in the cause and your support and encouragement give us momentum for the uphill climbs and excitement on the downhill ride as we pedal our way through the year.  Every contribution whether one or 55 brings us closer to our goal of "bringing hope, opportunity and joy to children and families of West Michigan".
