White Elephant Bowling is back by popular demand! Help us launch our FUNdraising for 2010 as we continue our efforts to suprise another neighborhood of children and famalies with brand new bikes and treasure boxes.
All bowlers are welcome - especially those who've never bowled before! Three games of bowling, snacks, prozes, 50/50 and too much fun! Shoes / balls included but you are welcome to bring your own. We have room for 80 people to play. We are bowling at Northfield Lanes again so we will be on one floor - if we fill the lanes we can designate all as non-smoking - bar nearby for smokers. If not, bowlers will be allowed in from the street.
To add to the hilarity of the evening, we are asking each person to bring a "garage sale gift" (aka white elephant aka that Christmas present you will NEVER use!) wrapped in a brown paper bag. These will be offered as "strike prizes" - when you bowl your first strike you get to pick from the Bring a Gift, Get a Gift White Elephant Table.
AND there will be a GRAND PRIZE
for the "Most Creatively Dressed Team".
Where: Northfield lanes 2222 Plainfield NE (north of knapp)
Price: $15 / person - $25 / couple
If you are not a bowler come join the fun anyway - $5 and your gift gets you in the door. We need to RSVP to the bowling alley so please let us know by Feb 22nd if you can join the fun!
